When are Zoom and In person appointments available?
Appointments are available for booking in person or via Zoom on the following days:
Zoom Appointments: Tuesdays - 9am - 7pm
Zoom Appointments: Wednesdays - 9am - 7pm
In Person: Thursdays - 9am - 4pm.
Where is the physical clinic based?
All in person clinics take place within the comfortable rooms at DRCS; (Derwent Rural Counselling Services). The welcoming receptionists will make you a drink and show you to the waiting room, where I will meet you for your appointment.
Situated within Chesterfield Town Centre (opposite the Chesterfield Bus Station) DRCS provides easy access for all, with excellent bus links and a short 3 min walk from Beetwell St. Multistorey Carpark

Request an Appointment
To request an appointment, please complete the form below. Please allow 72hrs before your 1st selected appointment date. When requesting a date, please take into consideration that you will be requested to complete a patient information sheet, which may take time to complete. Appointments are secured with a £25 deposit which is non-refundable, once the appointment has been confirmed.

In Person: Thursday 9am - 4pm (new patients latest appointment is 3pm)
